The pain it closes
Scrap and plan deviations usually show up in the month-end report — too late to fix. Low finished-goods stock is noticed only after sales.
What it watches and calculates
- 01A shift that did under 85% of plan yesterday or today
- 02A stage with scrap above 5% over the last 7 days
- 03Finished goods below their minimum level
