Four simple steps

The agent connects to your system: Agentics WMS, 1C, Excel or another database. Nothing needs replacing.

It watches
At a set time — say, every day at 07:00 — or when something happens, it goes through the data.

It proposes
When it finds a problem or an opportunity, it explains why in plain language and hands you a ready draft.
- 04
You approve
Approve, and the document draft, reminder or report is ready. Reject, and nothing changes.
What happens inside one run
This is exactly how the WMS agents work in production.
- 1The system calculates from its own data with fixed rules: debts, usage, stock, expiry, shifts.
- 2If there is nothing worth calculating, it stops: no AI call, no money spent.
- 3The AI picks what matters most and writes why, in plain language.
- 4A check: if the AI adds anything not on the list, the proposal is dropped. Quantities in the draft come from the calculation, not the AI's text.
- 5The proposal lands on the Proposals page and in Telegram — with its priority and its basis.
Rules that always hold
Changes nothing by itself
It creates no documents, posts no payments and never messages a customer itself. Only a person does.
Never makes numbers up
Amounts, days and quantities are calculated by the system. The AI only picks and writes.
Every proposal has a basis
The “Based on” section shows which numbers the proposal rests on.
No repeats
A dismissed topic stays quiet for 7 days. When a new proposal comes, the old one is marked outdated.
Within permissions
Only people with access see proposals; finance cards only those with finance access. Every decision is logged.
Costs under control
Every run has a spending cap. With no candidates, the AI is not called at all.
Where the data lives
The database is stored on a server in Uzbekistan or on your own server; if needed, the whole system runs in your building. To write an explanation, the AI model receives not the whole database but only the short list the agent calculated. Which model is used is agreed to your requirements.
The best explanation is seeing it on your own data.
