What the person does

Looks at up to 5 customer cards, copies the reminder and sends it, or opens the customer card. Decision: take it, later, or not needed.

The system calculates the numbers; the AI only picks and explains. How it works

What it does not do

Changes nothing by itself — only a person creates documents and payments.
Never makes numbers up: amounts, days and quantities are calculated by the system with fixed rules.
Does not message the customer itself — a person sends the text.
