What the person does

Checks the draft and clicks “Create inbound” — the document is created as pending; stock only grows once the goods arrive and are confirmed.

The system calculates the numbers; the AI only picks and explains. How it works

What it does not do

Changes nothing by itself — only a person creates documents and payments.
Never makes numbers up: amounts, days and quantities are calculated by the system with fixed rules.
With less than 30 days of history it does not calculate — no random numbers.
Does not send the order to the supplier itself.
