Agentics WMS

Agentics WMS is a warehouse, production and sales system for food manufacturers (ice cream, dairy, confectionery) and distributors. Every movement from raw-material receipt to finished-goods shipment is recorded in one place: stock is visible by warehouse, location and batch, and every batch carries an expiry date.

Four AI agents run inside the system. Every morning at 07:00 they start on their own and put a ready plan on the Proposals page and in Telegram: whom to chase for payment today, which raw materials are running out and how much to order from which supplier, which batches are close to expiry, and where production is off plan or over the norm. The system calculates every number from its own data with fixed rules; the AI picks what matters and explains why in plain language, and every card shows what it is based on. The agent changes nothing by itself: it prepares an inbound or outbound draft, and a person creates the document with one click.

An AI assistant works inside the system. Staff ask in plain language — "How much ice cream is left?", "What is this month’s profit?", "Who are the biggest debtors?" — and the answer comes from the system’s real data, not from guesses. The assistant sees only what that employee is allowed to see, answers in Uzbek and Russian, and drafts incoming, outgoing or payment documents — a person reviews the draft and creates the document with one button. The assistant is available in the web app, in the Telegram bot and in the customer portal.

Stock changes only through a confirmed document. A staff member creates an incoming, outgoing, internal or return transfer, a manager confirms it, and only then are balances updated. On outgoing transfers the system deducts the batch with the nearest expiry first (FEFO); batches approaching expiry are detected automatically and a notification is sent. Reports follow the document date, and backdating requires a separate permission.

Production runs on recipes and stages: an order is created, raw materials are deducted from stock, waste is recorded, and finished goods enter the warehouse as a new batch. Every batch keeps its cost, so net profit is calculated from real cost. Partners, receivables and payments (a wrong payment is never deleted — it is reversed), sales-agent commissions, delivery routes with vehicles and drivers, shifts and attendance are all handled in the same system.

Customers, suppliers and sales agents sign in to their own portal: balance, transaction documents and payment history, and for agents — commission and their customers. The Telegram bot @AgenticsWmsBot delivers notifications, answers commands such as /bugun, /qoldiq and /qarz, and passes plain-text questions to the AI assistant. Drivers receive their route and customers receive order and payment updates from the same bot. Sign-in is through a single Agentics ID account, with four roles and fine-grained permissions; access to the AI is controlled by role as well.
